Hi! I’m Brian Fish, owner and operator of North Sound Mold Solutions. You’re on this tab to learn a little about me, well I am a Navy Veteran, which is what brought me out to the Pacific Northwest back in 1997 from Minnesota. Once out of the service, my wife and I found work in Bellingham and decided to stay and make Washington our home eventually settling in Skagit County. We are parents to our loveable pups, enjoy travel, golf, trivia, games, and taking an active role in our community through volunteering and stewardship.

In addition to owning North Sound Mold Solutions, I also own a large home inspection company covering all of Northwest Washington for the last 10 years and over those years while providing inspections for clients, the issues of moisture and mold have arisen many times. In our inspection company we often must play detective and locate moisture issues, where they are originating from and determine a recommendation for repair. This makes us uniquely keen to looking for signs and symptoms of moisture and mold in your structure.

The most often asked question when we find mold is now what? I knew there was an additional need for a levelheaded, non-alarmist, customer focused remediation and testing company in the PNW and using the same skill and ethics that have proven successful in our home inspection company, I set out to launch North Sound Mold Solutions. Rest assured we did not just start in moisture and mold. We have investigated, tested, and inspected for mold and other moisture conditions in over 14,000 clients’ homes and have found issues many times.

Much like our other company, we have been further trained and certified to do this work. You can see to the left that we hold many certifications and are an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) trained and certified firm, follow their guidance and procedures in all we do while we continue to learn and obtain education every year.
